585 A.D The "Chalhoub" origin

An old transcript stating the family history was written by the late Ibrahim Chalhoub "The Doman Gassanite" from Douma, who traveled all over Lebanon and Syria meeting family members and collecting the historical information about the family.
The Chalhoub Family's great grandfather and founder was Prince Hanna known as Abi Chalhoub. Descendant of the Gassanite King, Nohman Ben Hareth, who fled the town of Izrii in Syria in 635 A.D.
